Build exceptional vehicles for luxury travel as a Vehicle Fitter.

Location: Banbury

Contract Basis: Permanent, Full time

Pay Rate: £28,000 per annum increasing to £31,600 following successful probation

Hours: Monday to Friday – no weekends! (08:00 – 17:00)

Vehicle Fitter wanted to join a team of experts with a reputation for campervan luxury, delivering bespoke vehicle builds and conversions. Working with the world's go-to campervans and motorhomes, you will showcase your skills in electrical and trim fitment to ensure a one-of-a-kind model is delivered to the forecourt for customers to embark on their adventures!

You will play a crucial role in the assembly, installation, and finishing of vehicle interiors and electrical systems and integral appliances, ensuring each build meets exacting standards. Working across multiple stages of production, the Vehicle Fitter will support both functional and aesthetic excellence in every vehicle produced.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install interior units, fixtures, and fittings to specification
  • Support electrical and basic gas installation activities
  • Test electrical systems, appliances, and installed components
  • Install upgrades including solar panels, wiring harnesses, lighting, and accessories
  • Inspect interior finishes to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Carry out adjustments, repairs, and finishing tasks
  • Conduct gas system testing for safety and performance
  • Perform detailed inspections of completed vehicles
