SAP Assessor (OCDEA)

The Role

Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced SAP Assessor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of sustainability and Building Regulations assessments, with a primary focus on SAP assessments. Additional responsibilities will include calculations such as thermal bridging and U-values.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-2 years SAP experience
• A sound understanding of energy, construction, sustainability, and Building Regulations
• Excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills
• Experience in customer facing roles
• IT literacy
• Experience using SketchUp
• A friendly, flexible and ambitious approach
• Have a clean, full driving licence
