As Engineering Manager, you'll lead the engineering function at a strategically important manufacturing site with multiple production lines. You will drive improvements in reliability, performance and engineering standards. This role requires a leader who can identify root causes, implement sustainable solutions and build a high‑performing engineering culture. Investment will be available, allowing you to influence site strategy, shape future CAPEX plans and deliver meaningful operational improvements.
