As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analysing data from various internal departments to produce insightful monthly reports that inform business decisions. Core Tasks
- Extract and manipulate data from established Power BI dashboards to fulfil reporting requirements
- Populate standardised Excel templates with accurate data for regular reporting cycles
- Liaise with various departments to verify data integrity and resolve discrepancies
- Update PowerPoint presentations with current data visualisations and insights
- Process daily reporting requests by exporting and filtering data
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Some experience working with Power BI for data extraction and analysis
- Strong attention to detail when handling and validating datasets
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental coordination
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests while maintaining accuracy
Preferred Skills
