Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team. The role involves carrying out internal and external painting and decorating across our portfolio, working in both occupied and vacant properties. The majority of work will be redecorations between lets, alongside some new build and refurbishment projects. A high standard of workmanship is essential.
What We Offer
- £16 per hour (PAYE)
- 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus additional hours available
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finish surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and woodwork
- Undertake redecoration works in both occupied and vacant/new apartments
- Carry out remedial decoration following repairs and maintenance works
- Select and apply appropriate materials and finishes to specification
- Maintain clean, tidy, and safe working environments
- Liaise courteously with residents, staff, and colleagues when required
- Keep accurate records of work completed
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Time-served / qualified Painter & Decorator
- Proven experience delivering high‑quality painting and decorating work
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Full UK driving licence
Additional Information
Work is primarily across South Liverpool, with occasional travel to Ellesmere Port.
