Location: Hybrid and/or field based across the North West region, predominantly the Merseyside, Lancashire and North Wales region with a mix of home and client site working.
Salary: Up to £49,500 dependent on experience.
Hours: We are recruiting for a number of full-time and part-time positions.
We are looking for a confident and motivated Clinical Pharmacist Prescriber, V300 essential, to join our growing team. In this role you will provide safe and effective prescribing within your scope of competence, deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care, and act as the key point of contact for your allocated sites. You will use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding, working independently while maintaining close communication with the wider team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and service delivery. This is a client-facing role where your clinical expertise will be matched by your ability to build strong relationships, maintain professional independence, and spot opportunities to add value to the practices you work with.

- Provide safe effective prescribing within scope of competence, V300 essential.
- Deliver medicines optimisation and structured medication reviews in primary care.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main point of contact for your sites.
- Confidently use EMIS to manage patient records and clinical coding.
- Work independently while keeping communication open with the wider team.
We are looking for someone who is a GPhC registered pharmacist with an Independent Prescribing qualification (V300), has proven experience in a primary care setting, is competent with EMIS, and confident with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. You should be able to manage your own workload and make sound clinical decisions, hold a full UK driving licence, and be able to travel to client sites. Additionally, you should bring commercial awareness and a proactive approach to service delivery.
