Mechanical Maintenance Fitter – SITE BASED PERM ROLESINVERCARGILL + GORE + ASHBURTONPlatinum Recruitment are excited to be partnering again with our clients in their search for Maintenance Fitters. We are after some new talent to join them due to expansion AND retirement of some long standing talent.

THE ROLE Maintenance Fitter Shift roles. Your focus will be on minimising downtime of the production plant, so our processing team can get on with what they do best. There will be projects at times & on-going opportunities for you to upskill, train & grow in your career here.

Permanent roles in 3 of NZ\’s best regional locations where we are fortunate to be surrounded by empty beaches & mountains. All whilst being able to provide affordable housing & fantastic educational facilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 3 years maintenance fitter experience
• NZ Level 4 Trade Cert Fitter or NZQA equivalent
• Demonstrated abilities for fault finding & diagnostics
• Preference for NZ food processing site experience
• Excellent communication skills for loud, busy site
• Availability for on-call roster & shift roster patterns
