The successful applicant will have:
Skill and enthusiasm to lead the implementation of a curriculum that develops 21st century capabilities with learners;
Be progressive, collegial and able to collaborate with other curriculum leaders and teachers in the development of programmes of learning that engage diverse learners.

The College caters for students in Mid Canterbury with a roll of approximately 1400 with forecast roll growth over the coming years. We are a PB4L and Restorative Practices school and currently working to enhance culturally responsive and relational practices.
