Due to company growth, we are looking for a Machinery PDI Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for the presentation of our hire fleet. This is a great opportunity for you to join a fast-growing successful Plant Hire Company and work with the latest, top of the range machinery, maintained to the highest possible standard.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Prepare machines ready for hire.
- Complete PDI Inspections on tablets provided.
- Liaising with the Service desk to advise on damages.
- Repairs to machinery.
- Adhering to Health & Safety requirements.
- General support in the yard.
- Keep yard to a clean and safe standard.
- Valet machines and vehicles.
- Fuel machines when necessary.
- Any other reasonable requests that may be required.
Requirements:
- Must have a can-do and willing attitude to work.
- A punctual and reliable team player.
- Ability to prioritise tasks.
- Knowledge in mobile plant products and/or agricultural equipment - beneficial.
Rate of pay: To be discussed dependent on experience.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 06.30 to 18.00 and every other Saturday 07.00 to 12.00.
Based: ASHBROOK Ltd, ASHBROOK House, Holmes Chapel Rd, Congleton, Cheshire CW12 4SN.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Pay: From £12.21 per hour.
Expected hours: No less than 55 per week.
