Job Description
A well-established interiors and refurbishment main contractor, specialising in high-quality projects across commercial and industrial sectors are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team due to continued growth.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nAs a Senior Estimator, you will play a crucial role in securing new business by preparing accurate and competitive tenders. They tender projects typically ranging from £1m to £5m, delivering exceptional results for their clients.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\n * Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects (£1m-£5m).\\n\\n * Analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to identify project scope and risks.\\n\\n * Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.\\n\\n * Develop tender strategies to maximise win rates and profitability.\\n\\n * Work closely with the pre-construction and contracts teams to ensure seamless project handover.\\n\\nWhat They’re Looking For\\n\\n * Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator in the interiors and refurbishment sector.\\n\\n * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and commercial skills.\\n\\n * Ability to manage multiple tenders and meet tight deadlines.\\n\\n * Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel.\\n\\nWhat They Offer\\n\\n * Upto £95k plus car / allowance and benefits package.\\n\\n * A collaborative and supportive team environment.\\n\\n * WFH\\n\\nPlease call Robert Ferrari for a preliminary discussion or feel free to email me your CV
