The Role As Senior Estimator, youll play a key role within the pre-construction team, leading tender submissions and cost plans across a diverse range of aviation projects. Working closely with the commercial, planning, and design teams, youll ensure that each estimate is accurate, competitive, and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for aviation-related schemes (fit-out, refurbishment, and new build up to £30m). Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and framework partners. Lead value engineering exercises to achieve client and business objectives. Liaise with supply chain partners to secure accurate and competitive pricing. Present and justify cost plans to senior stakeholders and clients. About You Proven experience as an Estimator or Senior Estimator within major construction projects ideally aviation, transport, or complex infrastructure. Able to manage multiple tenders concurrently while maintaining attention to detail. A confident presenter with commercial acumen and a collaborative mindset.
