Our client is a rapidly growing specialist contractor delivering façade remediation, cladding replacement, external wall system (EWS) projects, refurbishment and regeneration schemes across London and the South East. Working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Developers and Private Clients, the business provides full turnkey solutions from design through to project completion.

Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will take commercial responsibility for multiple façade and cladding remediation projects, ensuring commercial performance is maximised whilst maintaining strong client and subcontractor relationships.

  • Full commercial management of façade, cladding and external wall system projects
  • Procurement and management of specialist subcontractors and suppliers
  • Preparation and submission of valuations, variations and final accounts
  • Contract administration under JCT forms of contract
  • Managing project cash flow and commercial risk
  • Supporting operational teams to deliver projects safely, profitably and on programme
  • Client liaison and attendance at commercial meetings

Proven Quantity Surveying experience within façades, cladding, remediation, roofing, external envelopes or specialist subcontracting sectors. Strong understanding of external wall systems, rainscreen cladding, EWS remediation or façade packages. Experience managing projects from pre-construction through to final account. Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
