This traditional main contractor is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee and ensure the successful delivery of projects. A well-established construction company that has a turnover in excess of £50M; its core business is the delivery of construction projects ranging in size from £750K - £12M including both refurbishment and new build.
They carry out projects in all sectors of the market, the largest proportion being in education and local authority; it also has a strong continuing presence in commercial, private residential, health, sports and leisure, embassy and religious buildings.
Whilst the company has considerable experience and history, it is a forward-thinking company that strives for perpetual improvement through both innovation and refinement. It is delivery focused and recognises the value that successful project delivery brings.
They are looking for a Contracts Manager who is experienced at looking after two to three projects at a time of varying values and complexities. They currently have a full tender list with a number of projects valuing over £5M including a school which they are one of two valued at over £8M.
They are looking for hardworking, organised and self-motivated appointments who fit the company ethic and outlook and are ambitious to succeed.
