We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a £3.5m NHS project in Southampton, combining part refurbishment and part new build works.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management from start through to completion
- Managing refurbishment and new build elements concurrently
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
- Ensuring works are delivered safely in a live NHS environment
- Maintaining programme, quality, and H&S standards
- Liaising with the client, consultants, and internal teams
- Managing RAMS, permits, and site documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects circa £3m+
- Healthcare / NHS experience is highly desirable
- Experience working in live environments
- Strong understanding of refurbishment works alongside new build
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Strong communication and organisational skills
