We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a £3.5m NHS project in Southampton, combining part refurbishment and part new build works.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management from start through to completion
  • Managing refurbishment and new build elements concurrently
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely in a live NHS environment
  • Maintaining programme, quality, and H&S standards
  • Liaising with the client, consultants, and internal teams
  • Managing RAMS, permits, and site documentation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on projects circa £3m+
  • Healthcare / NHS experience is highly desirable
  • Experience working in live environments
  • Strong understanding of refurbishment works alongside new build
  • SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Additional Information:

Role is based on a permanent, temporary or temp to perm basis.
