We are currently working with a well-established and growing construction contractor operating across London and the South East, delivering a wide range of projects including refurbishment, retrofit, restoration, fit-out and new build schemes across sectors such as residential, healthcare, education and commercial.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are now looking to appoint a Marketing & Bid Coordinator to support both their pre-construction and marketing functions. This is a varied and pivotal role where you’ll be responsible for coordinating and producing high-quality PQQs, tenders and bid submissions, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure content is accurate, compelling and aligned with client requirements.
You’ll play a key part in helping secure projects ranging from smaller works through to multi-million-pound schemes.
