We are working closely with a reputable and expanding roofing contractor who are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering a variety of roofing projects across the South East, with values typically ranging from £100k up to £1.5m.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Contracts Team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing project costs, variations, and valuations
  • Liaising with site managers, suppliers, and clients
  • Subcontractor procurement and payments
  • Final account preparation and dispute resolution where required

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in roofing, cladding, or specialist subcontracting
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts and cost control
  • Able to manage multiple projects at different stages
  • Confident, detail-focused, and commercially aware
  • Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction (preferred)
