We are working closely with a reputable and expanding roofing contractor who are now looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist contractor delivering a variety of roofing projects across the South East, with values typically ranging from £100k up to £1.5m.
About the Role:
You will work closely with the Contracts Team, managing the financial and contractual aspects of multiple roofing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing project costs, variations, and valuations
- Liaising with site managers, suppliers, and clients
- Subcontractor procurement and payments
- Final account preparation and dispute resolution where required
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in roofing, cladding, or specialist subcontracting
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and cost control
- Able to manage multiple projects at different stages
- Confident, detail-focused, and commercially aware
- Degree qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or Construction (preferred)
