A residential developer is currently seeking an Assistant Buyer to be based out of their offices in Hertfordshire. The Assistant Buyer will have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced buyer who oversees the buying for this developer’s flagship schemes. Ideally, they are looking for an Assistant or intermediate buyer who has up to 3 years’ experience within the role. More experienced candidates however will still be considered.
Typical projects in which the Assistant Buyer will be part of the buying team include bespoke high-end residential developments, small to medium sized residential timber and traditional build developments, and multi-phase residential schemes.
