As they continue to expand, they are seeking a meticulous and proactive Document Controller to join our team, with a particular focus on managing and compiling Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for project handovers.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing document control processes across multiple projects, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with project and contractual requirements. A key focus of the role will be the preparation, coordination, and submission of O&M manuals, ensuring timely delivery to clients in accordance with project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the collation, formatting, and issuing of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals for completed projects.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather required documentation (e.g., warranties, technical literature, certifications).
- Ensure documentation complies with client and project-specific requirements, including health and safety files and as-built drawings.
- Monitor document workflows and ensure adherence to internal quality assurance procedures.

- Proven experience as a Document Controller within the construction industry.
