A well established and successful fit-out contractor is currently looking for a Contracts Manager / Quantity Surveyor to run projects up to GBP5m in value within the building new build interior fit-out and refurbishment sector. Due to the nature of the business and the recent award of contracts, you will be responsible for managing and controlling all site installation work with values up to GBP5m on projects within London.
