A well-known international contractor / developer focused on delivering large residential, commercial and hotel projects is currently looking to appoint a Business Development Manager in their Central London office.
As the Business Development Manager you will be responsible for finding and securing business opportunities for the group, taking the process from concept, through bid submissions to securing contracts and handing over the project teams.
We are looking for a proactive individual with an established contact base in either the residential, commercial or hotel construction sectors.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a major international group, to develop your own department and help grow the business not only in the UK, but internationally.
