We’re representing a respected main contractor who are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for a mixed‑use conversion project in Islington. The project is a conversion of existing building into 5 Flats + 3 Commercial Units
This role will suit someone who can confidently manage refurbishment and structural alteration works while driving programme and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Full day‑to‑day site coordination and leadership
- Managing structural alterations and M&E integration
- H&S compliance and site reporting
- Subcontractor programme and performance management
- Interface with client and design team
Requirements
- SMSTS, CSCS Card, First Aid Certificate
- Experience on similar conversion/refurbishment schemes (£500k–£2m)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Proven ability to deliver to programme
