Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join their growing team. This is a full-time, office-based position, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy business. Knowledge of fire doors or ironmongery would be beneficial, particularly when assisting with the purchasing of materials, although this is not essential and training can be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Completing audits and maintaining accurate records
- Ordering materials and monitoring stock requirements
- Organising deliveries and coordinating logistics
- Collating invoices and maintaining filing systems
- Providing general office administration support
- Managing and liaising with the supply chain
- Supporting the wider team with a variety of administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a strong administrative or office coordination role
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience within the construction or fire protection sector would be advantageous but is not essential
