We are currently recruiting for an experienced Document Controller to join a well-established construction and fit-out business, supporting multiple live projects.

This is a key role within the Operations team, responsible for ensuring project information is accurately controlled, distributed and maintained, so that site teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients are always working from the latest approved information.

Manage drawings, specifications, technical submittals, reports and project documentation.

  • Maintain document registers, revision controls and drawing issue sheets.
  • Administer project information through Procore and other document management systems.
  • Maintain Health & Safety, quality and compliance records.
  • Coordinate O&M manuals and handover documentation at project completion.
  • Support Project Managers and wider Operations with reporting and administration.
  • Ensure projects remain audit-ready and compliant with document control procedures.

2+ years' experience in document control, project administration or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of document control, revisions, registers and transmittals.
  • Strong Microsoft Office/365 skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with O&M manuals and handover documentation is desirable.
