Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Design Coordinator to join their team. As a leading Main Contractor, they specialise in delivering high-quality commercial, education, and healthcare projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a design professional to play a key role in ensuring smooth project delivery from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the design process, ensuring compliance with project requirements and regulations.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to manage design deliverables.
- Review drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving potential design issues.
- Support the construction team by ensuring design intent aligns with buildability.
- Assist in obtaining approvals and liaising with planning authorities as required.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Design Coordinator (or similar role) within a Main Contractor.
