We’re working with a growing construction business delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across London and Hertfordshire. They are seeking a proven Project Manager on an upcoming scheme: High-end new build luxury homes (Radlett). You’ll be the driving force for delivery — leading the programme, coordinating subcontractors, controlling quality, and ensuring smooth client communication.
Responsibilities Include:
- Full project leadership through construction phase
- H&S compliance and site audits
- Procurement support and subcontractor management
- Programme control and reporting
- Managing design and client interfaces
- Ensuring top-tier finish and handover experience
Requirements:
- Main contractor or developer background
- Experience in high-quality residential/building conversion projects
