We’re working with a growing construction business delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use developments across London and Hertfordshire. They are seeking a proven Project Manager on an upcoming scheme: High-end new build luxury homes (Radlett). You’ll be the driving force for delivery — leading the programme, coordinating subcontractors, controlling quality, and ensuring smooth client communication.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Full project leadership through construction phase
  • H&S compliance and site audits
  • Procurement support and subcontractor management
  • Programme control and reporting
  • Managing design and client interfaces
  • Ensuring top-tier finish and handover experience

Requirements:

  • Main contractor or developer background
