We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager who really understands the luxury design world — interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, furniture and ultra-high-end retail. This role will suit someone with a deep knowledge and network within London’s design and architecture community.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-end international brands, private clients, architects and interior designers, with a strong understanding of furniture, finishes and materials.
Key responsibilities:
- Building and executing a clear sales strategy
- Identifying and securing new business across interior design, furniture, kitchen and bathroom categories
- Managing the full sales process, from first contact to closing
- Growing an existing network and opening doors to new partnerships
- Representing the business at meetings, events and industry gatherings
- Working closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions for clients
Desired Experience
- Strong background in luxury design, interiors or premium retail
- A well-established network in London (designers, architects, showroom, retail leads)
- A consultative sales style and genuine understanding of high-end design products
- Confident communicator who can build trust quickly
- Self-driven, commercially focused and comfortable working at pace
- Someone who enjoys working with creative professionals and premium brands
