Role : Associate Relationship Director – Residential
Location : Ashbridge Partners Office, Stow-on-the-Wold
Reports to : Head of Business Development
Direct Reports : None
Primary Purpose
To provide a best in class, fully compliant finance advisory service to our clients. You will deliver exceptional service, ensuring our client’s financing transaction is completed within their required timescale. They will be delighted with the experience of working with Ashbridge Partners.
To be an effective networker, building exceptional relationships with introducers and clients to deliver your annual business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting and delivering the long-term Residential Strategy.
- Regular networking with introducer colleagues, existing clients and colleagues within our business to self- generate suitable business opportunities.
- Raising your profile and that of Ashbridge Partners via social media, public speaking, attending and hosting business events.
- Quoting, pitching and winning suitable business within our agreed pricing model, whilst optimising the financial return for the business.
- End-to-end transaction management to ensure the highest standards and best results achieved for our clients.
- Managing long term client relationships through the annual review process and maintaining high standards of service to ensure that clients become ambassadors for Ashbridge Partners.
- Inputting and updating client and introducer data into our Client Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Training junior members of the team.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with our banking colleagues, so that we retain our preferred introducer status.
- Ensuring that all FCA compliance tasks are completed to a high standard, in a timely manner, and company policies followed at all times.

Professional Skills and Experience
- Minimum three years of Mortgage advisory experience.
- Experience of high-net-worth clients and large loans of £1m+.
- Experience of and relationships with Private Banks such as Coutts, Hampden and Weatherbys.
- A proven track record of leading on financing transactions and the management of the key stakeholders within this process.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems
- Highly competent on Excel and with the ability to create accurate and complete financial spreadsheet models.
- Ability to express complex written messages in report format to the banks, throughproficient use of Microsoft Word.
- To have worked in a role where compliance is paramount.
