We are currently looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to join our growing domiciliary care team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting others and who are looking for a stable, long-term role where they can build meaningful relationships with clients.

Role Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Assisting clients with mobility and daily activities
  • Supporting clients with meal preparation and nutrition
  • Offering companionship and emotional support
  • Assisting with medication reminders when required
  • Following individual care plans
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or wellbeing
  • Maintaining accurate care records and documentation
