Due to continued growth, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Care Coordinator with scheduling experience to join our professional domiciliary care team. The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our services continue to run smoothly while maintaining the highest standards of care and customer service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting person-centred care needs assessments
  • Completing risk assessments and regular care reviews
  • Carrying out service quality monitoring and client satisfaction checks
  • Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of care staff
  • Supporting the delivery of consistent, high-quality care services
  • Maintaining accurate records and completing administrative duties

You will work closely with our Senior Care Coordinator and Management Team, who will provide guidance and support. This is a full-time, office-based position, with shared off-site on-call duties.
