Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well-established provider of high-quality home care services to private individuals across London. Our dedicated and experienced team is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care that supports individuals to live safely and independently.

We are currently looking for a Care Worker with SEN (Special Educational Needs) training to join our team on a full-time equivalent basis. This role is ideal for someone who is compassionate, patient and experienced in supporting individuals with additional needs.

The successful candidate will support clients by promoting independence, wellbeing and dignity while ensuring the highest standards of care.

Role Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Supporting individuals with special educational needs
  • Assisting with daily routines, activities and community access
  • Offering emotional support and encouragement
  • Following individual care and support plans
