Ashbourne Healthcare Services is a well-established and trusted provider of high-quality home care services to private individuals across London. Our experienced and dedicated team is committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred care, supporting our clients to remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. We are currently looking for a Care Worker specialising in Dementia Care to join our professional domiciliary care team. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, compassionate and experienced in supporting individuals living with dementia.

Our team provides personalised support tailored to each individual’s needs, working closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care.

Role Responsibilities
  • Providing personal care and daily living support
  • Supporting clients living with dementia and memory-related conditions
  • Promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing
  • Offering companionship and emotional reassurance
  • Assisting with daily routines, meals and medication reminders
  • Following individual care plans
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in behaviour or wellbeing
