Our nurseries are places where children feel safe, loved, and inspired to explore and learn, and we are looking for a passionate Nursery Nurse to help us continue to deliver that high standard of care.
Your Role as a Qualified Nursery Nurse
As a Qualified Nursery Nurse, you'll be a key part of the team, supporting children's learning, development, and well-being every day. You'll help create a stimulating environment, plan and deliver activities that promote learning and growth, and build strong relationships with the children and their families. This is a hands-on, rewarding role where you'll see the positive impact of your work on the children in your care.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Supporting children's learning and development through creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities
- Observing and assessing children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Ensuring a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and carers
- Supporting the wider nursery team to maintain high standards of care and education
- Assisting with day-to-day activities such as mealtimes, playtime, and naptime
- Helping to ensure the nursery meets all health, safety, and safeguarding standards
Qualifications:
- You hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- You have experience working in an early years setting and a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
- You're passionate about providing high-quality care and supporting children's development.
- You're enthusiastic, caring, and approachable, with a positive attitude.
- You work well as part of a team, but are also confident in using your initiative.
- You are keen to build strong relationships with children and their families.
- You're committed to creating a safe, nurturing environment for every child.

We are looking for 1 x 40 hours per week or 2 x 20 hours part-time roles Monday to Friday - please get in touch and we can discuss options.
