Ashbourne has been rated ‘Outstanding’ in its last two Ofsted inspections, a distinction that is rare among both independent colleges and schools. At Ashbourne, we welcome teachers who have yet to gain formal qualifications, providing on-the-job support alongside flexible working arrangements and opportunities for independence and growth. We have a strong track record of nurturing recent university graduates, guiding them as they build their teaching careers and reach their professional aspirations. Ashbourne is committed to equal opportunities and the safeguarding of all members of our community. We expect all staff to share these values and to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
