We pride ourselves on fostering a culture of collaboration and support, where every member of staff feels valued, inspired, and empowered to give their best.

This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about their subject and hold high expectations for themselves and their students. While previous teaching experience is preferred, it is not essential. We also offer visa sponsorship for eligible overseas candidates applying for full-time teaching roles.

At Ashbourne, we welcome teachers who are yet to gain formal qualifications, providing on-the-job support alongside flexible working arrangements and opportunities for independence and growth. We have a strong track record of nurturing recent university graduates, guiding them as they build their teaching careers and reach their professional aspirations.

Ashbourne is committed to equal opportunities and the safeguarding of all members of our community. We expect all staff to share these values and to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
