This role is perfect for candidates who are passionate about their subject and hold high expectations for themselves and their students. While previous teaching experience is preferred, it is not essential. • Ashbourne applies a salary banding structure based on years of experience. ECTs who successfully complete their first year will move to the next salary band and receive an increased salary accordingly.
