Social Worker Team Manager (X2)

Team: Connected Persons

Location: Tameside

Details: £45 p/h

Please note these positions are full-time and candidates are required to be on-site 3 days per week; this is non-negotiable.

Tameside requires 2 x Interim Team Managers to focus on oversight of connected persons assessments, ensuring an allocation, midway, and final review meeting is held.

To keep in touch with ISWs to ensure checks and references are progressed.

• DIPSW or equivalent qualification in Social Work
• Social Work England registration
• Enhanced and in-date DBS certificate
• Excellent communication skills and ability to make good decisions based on available information
• Ability to work alone and within/contribute to a team/multi-agency setups
• Possess knowledge of service needs
• Competent IT skills and ability to navigate electronic file/recording systems
• Ability to write clear, concise, and robust assessments/reports/files
• Flexible approach to work and working hours when the need arises
