We are proud to work with some of the most reputable social care providers and local authorities in the UK. We feel privileged to play a part in the amazing work you do for vulnerable client groups, from children to older people. We understand, we care and we want to help you, help them.
With consultants specifically dedicated to children’s homes, leaving care, learning disabilities and mental health, there isn’t a social care provider we can’t cater for. Each member of our team makes it their mission to get to grips with all that matters within their chosen discipline.
We represent a dedicated bank of suitably experienced Support Workers/Child Care and Leaving Care Workers who are available for casual work and temporary contracts, as well as fully Ofsted/CQC compliant Team Leaders, Deputy and Registered Managers for temporary/fixed term appointments.
The Social Care Team is a devoted bunch, each specialising in our chosen discipline and geographical area. So whatever and wherever your requirement, between us we have it covered. From a single support worker shift to a permanent Registered Manager vacancy, one of our team will look after you, your requirements and all associated compliance, interviews, starts and aftercare checks.
If you’d like to speak to a member of the team about your staffing needs, please get in touch. We ensure that we are consistently up to date with all necessary legislation, change in guidelines or policy pertaining to the recruitment of staff to the sector. We pride ourselves on our commitment to compliance and are confident that any Ashberry member of staff would meet Ofsted/CQC’s satisfaction should they visit a provision our candidate had worked.
All of our temporary staff are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Check, for both adults and children (as appropriate). We encourage all of our workers to sign up for the update service to avoid gaps in supply or delayed starts.
We understand that your needs and the needs of those you support and care for are specialist and specific. We promise to provide proactive, dedicated grafters and ensure all of our staff are hand-picked based on not only their experience and qualifications but also for their attitude and work ethic.
Representing workers who are dedicated to a career in care is what makes us tick. We want to make your life easier and ensure your children and/or vulnerable adults are better cared for, and ultimately the world a better place!
