Ashberry Recruitment are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join their busy and growing team. You could already be a successful recruiter looking for a move, you may be somebody who is looking for a change of career or you can be a graduate looking for your first role. Either way you’ll be ambitious and motivated with a strong desire to succeed. As a Recruitment Consultant at Ashberry Recruitment you’ll manage your own business area. Due to the nature of a Recruitment Consultants role, we would expect you to be proactive, resilient and tenacious, with previous experience gained in a target driven environment. You will have a natural ability to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. The role will include maintaining existing business relationships as well as creating new ones through business development within your given area. You will source suitable candidates for your clients through advertising vacancies, searching job boards, exhausting the Ashberry database and networking. You will ensure all your candidates documents are in place to adhere with compliance. You will provide an after sales service to both your client and candidate ensuring the placement is a success.
