Ashberry Recruitment is seeking a Progression Coach in the Durham area to provide support for young individuals aged 18+. The role involves managing a caseload of clients, ensuring their wellbeing, and promoting their independence through various support strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations and will be required to work 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary position for approximately three months.
