Job Description

Ashberry Recruitment are currently looking for a full time Project Worker.\\n\\nAs a Project Worker, you will be providing support to clients within the service.\\n\\nSome of your duties and responsibilities will be as follows:\\n\\n- Working as part of a small team\\n\\n- Carrying out client needs and risk assessment for all referrals\\n\\n- Supporting tenants through individual resettlement support plans\\n\\n- To ensure clients comply with their tenancy agreement\\n\\n- Supporting clients with welfare rights, budgeting, employment, education and training\\n\\n- Liaising with all relevant housing agencies to find suitable move on accommodation for tenants\\n\\n- Develop links with the local community\\n\\n- Ensure communication systems are accurately maintained and up-to-date\\n\\n- Maintenance of the Health and Safety incident and accident records\\n\\n- To be aware of and work within agreed organisation policies and procedures\\n\\nRequirements for the role:\\n\\n- Enhanced DBS Check\\n\\n- Must have a proven track record of providing information, advice and guidance to clients\\n\\n- Knowledge and understanding of basic IT suitable for an office environment\\n\\n- Knowledge of basic housing management tasks, i.e. rent collection, tenancy agreements and arrears management.\\n\\nCandidates available for an immediate start will be given priority
