Ashberry Recruitment represent hundreds of experienced Residential Support Workers across the North for casual, ad-hoc and temporary work with our specialist social care clients. Presently we are keen to identify new staff to supplement our current team of amazing support workers and are particularly interested in candidates who wish to work on this basis, with young people residing in the care system across Chester and surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates with experience of working within a children’s home and/or leaving care environment. An NVQL3 Residential Child Care qualification would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

Our bank workers are dependable, reliable and committed. We need workers who can be available at short notice, across 7 days to include weekends, days, evenings, nights & sleeps. Ideally with their own transport, and business insurance is desirable.

Ashberry offer very competitive rates of pay, complying with Agency Worker Regulations and an incomparable customer service. Candidates are kept busy, looked after and paid in a timely manner.
