Rate: £32

Responsibilities:

1. Manage expected case loads between 15 – 22, focusing on adults aged 18 and above.
2. Handle a variety of cases, including older adults, dementia, self-neglect, and drug/alcohol misuse.
3. Participate in duty days once a week.
4. Work full time in the office as part of the induction process, with a minimum of 2 days in the office, including one duty day.
5. Conduct visits as required on working-at-home days as well as office days.

Requirements:

1. Ideally possess knowledge of the Mosaic system.
2. Minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in Mental Capacity and Best Interest.
