Welcome to Rochdale Adult Care, part of Rochdale’s award-winning adult care Services department. We are currently undergoing a transformation to make a positive difference in the lives of our residents.
Typically, the role involves 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, focusing on the front door prevention team, including duty work and initial assessments.
Our workforce is our greatest asset. While we have achieved a lot, there is still much to do. We are seeking motivated, forward-thinking individuals who share our vision and values to join our team. This role offers fantastic opportunities for a dedicated Social Worker.
The front door team is central to our adult care services, delivering innovative services that aim to reduce health inequalities, improve quality of life, and support independent living. We work within dynamic, collaborative teams committed to best practices and achieving positive outcomes for our residents. We take pride in maintaining high standards of service quality.
