Wellbeing Coordinator
Do you have a passion for creating joyful and meaningful experiences? Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of elderly individuals? At Meadowview Care Home, we are seeking an enthusiastic Wellbeing Coordinator to join our already established team.
Meadowview Care Home is located in the leafy residential area of Penketh in Warrington. As the name suggests, it overlooks a meadow and is also surrounded by beautiful gardens, providing a tranquil setting for residents.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to get to know our residents and provide them with stimulating activities that promote physical, mental and social well‑being. You'll need to be warm, empathetic and personable.
- Arranging entertainment and maintaining appropriate documentation in line with the monthly activities budget.
- Organising in‑house and other events such as Christmas parties, Easter events, summer fairs and bonfire parties, ensuring supplies are purchased within budget.
- Providing training where experience is not essential.
- Bringing caring enthusiasm and positive energy to share with residents.

Qualities we are looking for
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Positive attitude in supporting and nurturing residents and staff.
- Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities.
