Holmer Court Care Home in Hereford is recruiting several Team Leaders (Care) to join our clinical care team, with both full-time and part-time hours available. This hands-on role combines direct care with shift leadership to maintain high standards of person-centred care.
You will lead care staff on shift, implement care plans, promote residents' dignity and wellbeing, assist with clinical tasks and medication administration, and ensure safeguarding and infection control compliance.
