About Us
At Ashberry Care Homes, we’re a trusted network of nine welcoming and affordably priced care homes across England and Wales. Each of our homes is intentionally small, creating close-knit communities where residents, families and staff form genuine, lasting connections. We provide a full range of care services – nursing, residential, dementia and memory care, respite, and palliative care – delivered with compassion, professionalism and respect. Our focus is on helping every resident live with comfort, dignity and happiness.
The Opportunity
We understand that choosing a care home is one of the most emotional and financially complex decisions a family can face. That’s why we’re looking for a retired financial advisor (or experienced professional) who would like to use their knowledge, empathy and communication skills to guide families through this journey.
You’ll offer complimentary, independent consultations to families considering Ashberry Care Homes – helping them understand care options, funding choices and financial planning with clarity, compassion and confidence. This is a non-sales, supportive role – families come to you for trusted guidance, not persuasion. You will enjoy the support of the whole company to help you deliver this service.
Please note that while this job description outlines the key responsibilities, it is not exhaustive, and additional duties may be assigned as needed within the scope of the role.

Application Process
If you’re passionate about using your experience to help families make informed, confident choices about care, we’d love to hear from you.
