Located in the picturesque heart of Hindhead, Surrey, Moorhouse Care Home is a charming country house that provides top-quality dementia and residential care to up to 36 elderly men and women. Our home focuses on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents and their families feel supported and respected.
The Role
As a Domestic Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our home, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and colleagues. Experience is not required as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean communal areas and bedrooms to company standards, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising surfaces and bathrooms, and making beds.
- Carry out deep cleaning tasks when required.
- Ensure all cleaning duties are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of cleaning materials and consumables.
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or disturbances to the Head Housekeeper.
