We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate carers to join our friendly team. Broomy Hill Nursing Home is situated in the beautiful City of Hereford and provides nursing and dementia care for up to 40 residents. Our home is focused on delivering exceptional standards of personalised care and ensuring residents, and their families, feel supported and respected.
We are looking for kind and compassionate individuals who want to enhance the lives of others and offer quality care and support as part of our established care team. As a Care Assistant at Broomy Hill, you'll play a key role in helping residents enjoy each day by ensuring they receive high-quality care and support. You'll assist with daily activities, provide companionship, and create meaningful moments and memories.
Responsibilities will include:
- Personal care
- Assistance with meals and fluids
- Transferring residents as per care plan
- Accurate record keeping
- Offering comfort, stimulation and support, whilst maintaining residents’ privacy and dignity
