The Role: We are seeking a kind and compassionate Care Assistant to join our dedicated team. You will support residents with daily living activities, promoting independence, dignity, and comfort. Previous experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
- Deliver personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
- Assist with meals and fluids, ensuring dietary needs are met.
- Support residents with mobility and transfers as per their care plan.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement to promote wellbeing.
- Ensure residents' privacy, dignity, and respect are upheld at all times.
