We're looking for a passionate Social Media Volunteer to help tell our story and spread the impact of our work far and wide. We work to improve the quality of life of remote, rural communities in the Ashanti Region of Ghana.

What difference will you make?

Your input will shape how we present ourselves to our stakeholders, funders and the general public. Working as part of a motivated and warm-hearted team, your help will spread knowledge of our work and attract more supporters and volunteers to our cause. You will contribute to providing a better life for many thousands of people.

What are we looking for?

We need someone who enjoys writing and has at least three years of professional social media experience. You should have strong communication skills, a creative eye for visuals and storytelling, and a passion for international development. This role is for someone who really wants to make a difference and can volunteer remotely for a few hours a week.

What will you be doing?

  • Plan and schedule engaging posts across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Check and validate existing content that showcases our projects and community impact.
  • Shape our social media strategy to boost awareness, followers, donations and volunteers.
